Reservation Transfer Request Form

To transfer ownership for multiple cabins, a separate form must be completed and submitted by one guest per cabin.


Ownership transfers are permitted within 60 days of booking creation, provided that:

  • The request is submitted outside of the Final Payment period, and
  • The booking has not been paid in full.

If final payment has already been made on a reservation, this form cannot be submitted. Any ownership transfer requests received after final payment has been completed will be declined.
